The Requisition Reports functionality is an older, legacy functionality dating to the days before robust Ad Hoc Reporting capability was added to the suite.

This feature allows users a great deal of access into requisitions, whether they are associated to that requisition or not. It is not possible to hide a requisition from a user when this feature is enabled. If you have a need to keep some requisitions confidential, this feature must not be permissioned. Users may filter on any requisitions using a set of pre-defined, standard fields that are not configurable.
Permissions have to be granted to users so they are able to access the Requisition Reports in Admin Center:
- If role-based permissions are used: Report Permission can be found in Manage Security→Role Permissions under Manage Recruiting.
- If role-based permissions are not used: Permissions need to be granted in Recruiting Permissions Report Permission.
