Requisition Reports in Recruiting

The Requisition Reports functionality is an older, legacy functionality dating to the days before robust Ad Hoc Reporting capability was added to the suite.

This feature allows users a great deal of access into requisitions, whether they are associated to that requisition or not. It is not possible to hide a requisition from a user when this feature is enabled. If you have a need to keep some requisitions confidential, this feature must not be permissioned. Users may filter on any requisitions using a set of pre-defined, standard fields that are not configurable.

Permissions have to be granted to users so they are able to access the Requisition Reports in Admin Center:

  • If role-based permissions are used: Report Permission can be found in Manage SecurityRole Permissions under Manage Recruiting.
  • If role-based permissions are not used: Permissions need to be granted in Recruiting Permissions Report Permission.
