Submitting a Candidate to the Requisition from Agency Portal

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to submit a candidate to the requisition from agency portal.

Candidate Submittal

Once the job is posted to an agency, the defined agency user can access the agency portal and submit candidates to the requisition.

The tabs available in the agency portal are as follows:

  • Candidate Tab: Contains a list of all candidates that were submitted by the agency. The agency user can track the status of the candidate application, when the record was last updated and the candidate’s phone number.   • Job Listings Tab: Displays a list of all jobs that are currently posted to the agency. The agency user can submit a new or existing candidate. To submit a new candidate:

  1. Select the appropriate job posting and click on the ellipsis (three dots) icon.

  3. Add the candidate’s name, email address, phone number, country code and country. Next, select the Resume file to upload. The note with the checkbox displays agreement text entered during agency creation. A duplicate check is done that is based primarily on the email address. If you enter a candidate that is already in the system, a message appears, indicating that the candidate entry is a duplicate and does not allow you to enter it.

  7. Search the dropdown list for the candidate’s name.
  8. Attach the latest resume.

  10. View the message indicating that the candidate was successfully added.

A candidate who was submitted by the agency user will appear in the Forwarded status of the talent pipeline. Agency candidates have a green icon (business card) next to their name indicating they are an agency candidate and a green banner at the top of their candidate summary page.

Forwarded agency candidates can then either be invited to apply (they receive an email with a link to the application for that requisition) or added to the requisition, at which point the candidate is moved from Forwarded status to the New Applicant status.
