Recruiting: Candidate Experience: Recruiting Marketing focuses on attracting and engaging candidates. The Recruiting Marketing solution increases sourcing ROI by showing clients which marketing strategies result in the best candidates for the lowest cost. Recruiting Marketing also features smart job publishing for job distribution, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive more traffic to the career site, and a talent community to capture passive candidates.
