Configuring the Succession People Profile Portlets

Two portlets are available for configuration within the People Profile that list succession information.

• The Nomination Portlet identifies the position to which the employee has been nominated as a potential successor. It also shows the Talent Pool(s) for which the employee has been nominated.
• The Successor Portlet identifies who has been nominated as a potential successor for the employee.

• The Nomination Portlet lists the positions and Talent Pools for which an employee is nominated as a successor.
• Nomination History details are shown in the Nomination Portlet.
• The Successor Portlet lists who has been nominated as a successor for the employee's position.
