Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to configure the Succession People Profile Portlets.

Nomination and Successor Portlets in People Profile

Two portlets are available for configuration within the People Profile that list succession information.

  • The Nomination Portlet identifies the position to which the employee has been nominated as a potential successor. It also shows the Talent Pool(s) for which the employee has been nominated.
  • The Successor Portlet identifies who has been nominated as a potential successor for the employee.
