Managing Talent Cards

Talent Card offers a concise user profile. It provides a subset of Employee Profile information designed to display strategic talent information about a user.

Three different Talent Cards can be customized depending on the tool used: Presentations, Succession, and Calibration.

Presenters can open Talent Cards from any live slide in the Presentation module.

With our harmonization efforts, the talent card achieves a consistent user experience between the Succession pages within Succession Planning and Presentations.

Talent Cards provide many benefits while assembling a presentation:

• Layout designed for stacking and side-by-side comparison.
• Provides streamlined information about a user, allowing the audience and presenter to focus on key information.
• Configurable layout allows users flexibility.
• Synchronized scrolling when multiple cards are opened.
• Integrated with hotspot functionality.
• Support for existing user information and many background portlets.

In the Nomination section of the Talent Card, we can view nominations for positions or talent pools.

Moreover, adding, editing, or removing nominations from the nomination section in the three available Talent Cards (Succession, Calibration, and Presentations) is possible.

The incumbent name is also visible under the position. If you use SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Management and multiple incumbents are assigned to the position, the system will prompt you to choose an incumbent before displaying the role details. The incumbents available for selection are limited to those with a job code assigned.
