Understanding user needs - your turn!

In relation to this week’s lessons, your challenge is to get to know users and derive specific needs through observation. You are currently involved in a project that aims at re-thinking water usage at home. Multiple rounds of interviews & observations have already been conducted with different users. The project team has consolidated early findings and already created a draft persona of the typical target user.

You now have the chance to observe one more user to find out about additional needs.

3. Think about goals, motivations, and activities performed by the users presented in this unit.
