1. I don’t have any SAP certifications yet. What are my next steps?
Here is your quick start
- Start learning with SAP Learning Hub, internal edition
Your SSAP Learning Hub, internal edition subscription includes access to all the learning resources you need to learn, practice, get certified, and stay certified—including AI-assisted learning, expert-led live sessions, hands-on SAP practice systems, and four SAP Certification exam attempts per year. - Make sure your SAP Universal ID is set up correctly
Your SAP Universal ID must be linked to a secondary email from a different domain provider. This is necessary for recovery purposes and to ensure your earned certifications are visible.
- Prepare and schedule your exam
When you’re ready, schedule your SAP Certification exam via the corresponding certification page. Four free certification exam attempts per year are included; costs apply for additional exam attempts. - View your certification
Once you’ve passed, go to the “My Certifications” section under the “My Learning” page to view your certification and its validity date. - Maintain your certifications going forward
To keep your certifications active, be sure to complete the stay certified assessment before your certification expires. After passing, your certification validity date will be updated.
2. How can I get and stay certified?
SAP D- and I-users can get and stay certified at no cost through SAP Learning Hub, internal edition.
3. How long are SAP certifications valid, and how can I extend them?
SAP certifications are valid for 12 months from the date you pass the exam. To extend the validity, you must complete quick assessments in SAP Learning Hub to stay certified. Your SAP Certification expiry date is listed in the My Certifications section of the My Learning page.
