How can I check my shopping cart status?
- Log in to SAP Training Shop
- Go to the profile icon on the upper right corner
- Scroll down to “My Online Order History”.
- You will be able to see your shopping cart status
When will my booking status change from in progress to confirmed?
In general, orders take up to 48 business hours to be processed.
Please note that the “Confirmed” status can mean that your order was booked or cancelled.
If your order is cancelled, we will let you know.
*The “Booking Submission Confirmation” email is not a final booking confirmation.
Once you receive a “SAP Training Confirmation” email, you may rest assured that your booking has been successfully processed.
When will I receive my invoice?
Depending on the requirements of each country, invoices are issued either before or after the commencement of the training offering.

When will I receive the joining instructions for virtual trainings?
The log-in details for virtual training are sent approximately five (5) days before the training starts.

Is my booked training confirmed to run?
If your booked training is showing as “Guaranteed to Run (GTR)” on SAP Training Shop, the training will not be canceled except in circumstances beyond our control.
Can I change the date of my training once I have booked it?
Yes, in case of an online booking via SAP Training Shop, please submit your re-booking request directly from training.sap.com.
After successful re-booking, you should receive a re-booking confirmation.
Please note that a cancellation charge might apply.
