How do I know that I am logged in as an SAP Training and Adoption reseller partner?
Once you log into the SAP Training Shop as an SAP Training and Adoption reseller partner you will be presented with a welcome popup. This will include useful links. If you are just looking to browse the catalog, you can close the popup and continue using the shop as a partner.
I am logged in as a reseller partner but just want to use the shop like a customer, what should I do?
Upon login, a Welcome Partner screen automatically pops up and you will see an option to “Change user mode from Partner to Customer”. If the mode is successfully switched, you will be presented with a sentence confirming the current mode and the way to switch back to the Partner view is to log out and log in again.
Alternatively, at a later stage, you can always click the ‘Change to customer’ option on the hamburger menu.
You will stay logged in as a customer until you choose to log off or until your browser session expires.
As a reseller partner, how do I know if my activation code is running low?
When redeeming and activation code as a reseller partner you will get a notification during the redemption process when there are 5 or fewer licenses left on your activation code
Can I upload a PO as part of my reseller partner booking?
When performing a booking as a reseller partner, you can upload a PDF document during the checkout process.
This needs to be in the .pdf format and no larger than 5MB.
Why am I receiving the Partner misconfiguration error?
Please ensure you are set up correctly to be able to redeem the code. You will need an S User ID linked with your Universal ID. If you do not have an S-user ID, please reach to your Partner User Administrator.
I am getting the "Internal Server Error" how do I fix this?
Please clear cache, cookies and browser history and use Google Chrome or Mozilla as your default browser.
Why has my booking failed? (Order number is 0000)
Please ensure you have logged in correctly, with company details & S user ID displayed on the homepage/main screen.
Please ensure the mass upload form is filled in correctly and all the mandatory fields are filled out.
Please also note the following when filling in the mass upload form:
- Note that the house number on mass upload can only be up to 10 characters, and the street field is limited to 60 Characters.
- Also note that the Country ISO code is not a country name and should be an abbreviation of the country (e.g Germany must be DE).
- The state ISO code is only needed for US countries, and this should also be an abbreviation not spelled out fully eg, CA not California.
- The maximum number of candidates on the mass upload form is 20.
