Visit the <a href="https://account.sap.com/core/create/landing" target="_blank">SAP Universal ID registration site </a>and follow the instructions. Once your account is set up, you can access the <a href="https://account.sap.com/" target="_blank">SAP Universal ID Account Manager</a>, which is your single-entry point to view, update, and manage your personal information, account security settings, and associations to companies. Note: The SAP Universal ID is your identity for life so you should have one SAP Universal ID. In case you have created multiple SAP Universal IDs, please reach out to the support team to get them deleted and keep only one that you use. Where can I create my SAP Universal ID?

It is recommended that you also add your personal email account to keep your SAP Universal ID and, in future, your certifications, visible under your SAP Universal ID account. This is important in case your other user or email address is deleted (for example when you move companies). If you want to get or stay certified it is mandatory to have a second accounts linked. Simply click “link additional accounts” in the <a href="https://account.sap.com/" target="_blank">SAP Universal ID Account Manager</a> and you will be prompted to enter an email address. Enter a personal email and after the verification step, it will be displayed in your SAP Universal ID account. If you do have any S/P-user/s associated with that personal email, they will show and you can link those users. If not, just by having your personal email included you will have this extra protection for your SAP Universal ID. You will not be able to receive your certificate if you do not have an SAP Universal ID setup correctly with two linked email accounts. How do I change or reset my SAP Universal ID password? 

When you access <a href="https://account.sap.com/core/create/landing" target="_blank">SAP Universal ID registration site</a>, you enter your email address. The site will then display any S/P-users associated with that email address. These users could be created through various registrations or associations on various SAP platforms. You should select the S/P-users you use most often and ensure they are linked under your SAP Universal ID. You can always come back later to add any others as required.

I don’t remember all my User IDs and passwords. How will I be able to link them under my SAP Universal ID? 

During registration, you will be forwarded to the Linking Manager which will retrieve the S/P-user accounts that match the e-mail that you have verified. If you already have an SAP Universal ID, you can link additional S/P-user ID(s) accounts anytime in SAP Universal ID Account Manager.

How to link my S-User or P-User to my SAP Universal ID?

When you are linking your individual S/P-user IDs within your SAP Universal ID, you are prompted to create a nickname for each user.  This allows you to distinguish your S-user ID for your partner account in Sweden for example, versus your partner account in Italy or your S-user for Partner User Administration versus your S-user for SAP Certifications. Whatever helps you to differentiate your S-users and support you to choose the right one to log in to perform the task required.

I have several S/P-Users linked under my SAP Universal ID. How can I ensure I am logging in with the right one? 

To secure our SAP Certification program it is not possible to have multiple Universal IDs with multiple licenses to ensure that our Terms &amp; Conditions are followed that allow an exam to only be tried 3 times to pass.

Why is it not allowed to have more than one Universal ID?
