Defining Mandatory Fields for Quality Notifications

This process allows users to define mandatory fields for quality notifications.

To do this, complete the following steps:

1. Run transaction code QCC0.
2. Navigate to Quality Management﹥Quality Notifications﹥Notification Creation﹥Notification Type.
3. Choose Define Screen Templates.
4. Double-click Field Selection: General Screens.

1. On the Field Selection: Modifiable Fields screen, for the Description (RIWO00-HEADKTXT) and Priority (VIQMEL-PRIOK) fields, select the Req. column.

Note

These fields are used as examples only. In your system, select the fields that apply to your business needs.

1. Return to the Select Activity dialog box and double-click Field Selection: Reference Objects Screens.
2. On the Field Selection: Modifiable Fields screen, for the Material (VIQMEL-MATNR) and Plant for Material (RQM00-MAWERK) fields, select the Req. column.
