Resending Quality Notifications

In some cases, when the Buyer sends a Quality Notification to SAP Business Network, it fails due to technical reasons. Buyers can resend the quality notification documents from the SAP ERP system by running the ARBCIG_QLTY_NOITF program.

To resend Quality Notifications, follow these steps:

1. Run the ARBCIG_QLTY_NOTIF program.
2. On the Resend Quality Notification to Ariba Network screen, in the Notification key field, enter the relevant inspection lot number.
3. Choose Execute.

The system resends the quality notification to SAP Business Network and displays a screen indicating success or failure.

To verify that the quality notification was resent, you can use the Transaction Tracker in the SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway.
