Scope Item Overview

The Bike Company implementation project is currently in the Realization phase, in which the end-to-end processes are tested by the project team.

You are already familiar with the detailed structures of the different areas, such as Financial Accounting, Purchasing, and Human Resources. We will build on this by integrating with Sales and Distribution.

SAP Best Practice Scope Items for Lead to Cash

The selected scope items for each area were assigned to the business processes of the Bike Company by Ivan. This enables the project team to understand which summarized scope items are used to represent a core process within the Bike Company.
