Job Codes are used to define unique job functions or roles within an organization. They can be assigned to worker records to group people with similar skills.
Then, when creating Job Postings, the job codes would be used to filter workers according to the skills needed to fulfill an assignment. Only candidates who share a job code would be listed. The Resulting lists for searches include contingent workers, SOW workers, and profile workers, as well as users and workforce records that share the job code.
Job Codes can be selected on job postings to return only workers whose skills match those defined in the job code.
