Activity indicators

Activity Indicators and Segments are two important features that help you drive insights in real time from incoming events, which the CDP ingests from various sources.

For each incoming new event, the CDP evaluates in real time two types of powerful insights: activity indicators and segments. These customer insights are stored in the Unified and Contextual Customer Profiles and are made available to Engagement and Activation flows.
