Goods Receipts with Reference
Use the Post Goods Receipt for Purchasing Document App
This app allows you to post a goods receipt with reference to a purchasing document. It is easy to use, but only allows you to reference one purchase order.
Use the Post Goods Receipt for Production Order App
With the Post Goods Receipt for Production Order app, you can enter a goods receipt from production with reference to a production order. This app only allows you to reference one production order.
The handling of this app is comparable to the handling of the Post Goods Receipt for Purchasing Document app.
Use the Post Goods Movement App
With the Post Goods Movement app, you can post all types of goods movements and refer to several documents successively.
Select the screen areas below to learn more about the features of the app.
Start the demonstration below to learn how to post a planned goods receipt using the Post Goods Movement app.
When using this app for a stock entry posting, you cannot enter a value for the quantity to be entered (for example, from a legacy system). The goods receipt is valuated with the valuation price of the material from the material master. However, if you want to enter an amount, you must use the Post Goods Movement app (External Amount in Local Currency field in the item details on the Quantity tab page).
Use the Post Goods Receipt Without Reference App
The Post Goods Receipt without Reference app allows you to post a goods receipt without a purchasing document.
