Welcome to Getting Started with SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement. This introductory learning journey walks you through the most essential concepts of the SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement platform. Through the following six units, you will learn how to navigate through the SAP Emarsys solutions key features and benefits. Manage contacts and their data. Segment your contacts. Create personalized email campaigns. Automate your engagement programs and customer journeys. And analyze the results of your marketing campaigns and explore new opportunities.

This 3-day series of interactive sessions guides learners through use cases for using SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement for segmentation, personalization and marketing campaign execution. &nbsp;

The sessions are designed for end-users of the Emarsys platform who will be creating and launching tactics and content using email and other channels. The content will be first-time user friendly, but all skill levels are welcome. *Please note, implementation processes will not be covered in these sessions.*
