Email Settings and Template Creation

With SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement templates, you can easily create great-looking email campaigns by using building blocks and design basics. In the Content menu, select Block-Based Templates to open your Templates page.​

In Your Templates page, you find prebuilt templates which you can copy, modify, then use, below you see templates created by you. Here you can create, edit, copy or delete them.

Omnichannel Voucher Management​

With SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement Omnichannel Voucher Management you can use vouchers across more channels. It provides a channel-agnostic voucher-management experience. A pool of voucher codes can be uploaded to SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement via a .TXT or .CSV file consisting of a single column of voucher codes.
