Omnichannel Personalization Overview​

With the SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement Personalization Service, you can create reusable tokens across multiple channels. These tokens are placeholders for contact-specific data.

  1. Contact Data capability has ready-to-use pre-made tokens. You can also use it to include your custom data fields.​
  2. Vouchers tokens display a code for your contacts until the voucher pool runs out. So, first, you create a voucher pool and then upload your codes.
  3. External Data, Relational Data, and External Content use a personalization preset, which defines the source and how this data is used.
