The SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement Data Import feature provides an easy-to-use wizard for importing CSV files with field and value matching for manual and auto imports.
Manual Data Import is mainly used for the initial upload of your contacts, e.g., during the onboarding phase or when use of the SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement API is inappropriate, for example, uploading lists of contacts collected offline.
