SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement Automation Programs

With SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement automation solutions, you can create automated customer-engagement journeys designed to create pathways that guide customer interactions toward a specified goal. This approach uses flexible and interconnected nodes with a single entry point that goes through actions and channels until reaching an endpoint. You can find four types of automation programs.

Please note that automation program types, event triggers, and nodes may vary depending on the packaging or implementation of the client.

Automation Center Overview​

The Automation Center is an intuitive user interface that makes it possible to design, validate, and automate engagement programs ranging from simple transactional mailings to sophisticated, multi-step, multi-channel programs. It helps you target a large contact base and pre-schedule campaigns based on lifecycle data activities. Let’s discover the three workspace node categories in the Automation Center.

Interactions Overview​

The SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement Interactions feature helps you create high-performing automated journeys to send timely and contextually relevant, personalized messages. It is designed to build time-critical, rule-based, and activity-driven customer journeys, possibly down to even the individual-customer level.

You can choose from various Interactions-trigger-source options, according to your account setup.

Custom external API events, Web Extend events, Mobile events, Channel engagement events.  If you have an SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or Magento store, you can choose events from them, Google Pub/Sub events, or respond to any update in your customer’s Wishlist.
