It is also important to remember that SAP Build Work Zone and SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone are Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This means that customers don't have access to underlying infrastructure (level of Operating System and hardware) as well as source code. It is fully under the control of the service provider (SAP). Customers can still track availability of cloud services (including SAP Build Work Zone and SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone) with SAP Trust Center, and subscribe to notifications with Cloud Availability Center.
