It also defines which resources are to be used and how the order costs are to be settled. Production orders can be created manually without being previously requested. Alternatively, they can be automatically created by converting a planned order. A newly created production order has the status CRTD (created) and cannot be executed until it has been released.

    • Production plant
    • Planning plant
    • Order type
    • Order number (specify this if the order is assigned externally, otherwise leave this field blank)
  • Create a new production order based on the copy of an already existing reference order that you select in the Copy From section of the initial screen
  • Create a production order from a planned order
  • Define the header data of the production orders

Make settings for the scheduling, quantity, and priority

Material Documents Overview (F1077) SAP Fiori App

Description

The Material Documents Overview app provides comprehensive information on material documents via an intuitive and easy-to-use SAP Fiori-based user interface. This app delivers highly flexible displays of lists of material document items. It also offers various possibilities to find a document via innovative search patterns and search methods: You can now directly filter for material documents that show stock changes, for example, search for \"stock increase\".  From here, you can also access a detailed view that shows the document flow and material document details. In addition, you can reverse a material document.

For example, as a warehouse clerk, you can perform the following tasks:

  • Export the result list to a spreadsheet.

  • Display the material document details of a selected material document item.
    • Send a link to the material document details via email.
    • Use SAP Jam to share your comments on the material document.
  • Display the document flow for a material document with the relevant preceding document and follow-on document.
  • Get an overview of material documents such as goods issue, goods receipt, and material movements with the following date, such as the following:
    • Document date
    • Movement type, for example, goods issue for delivery
    • Document items
      Note

You specify with the stock change type (for example, stock decrease) the kind of material document on a specific organizational level you want to search for. Depending on the stock change type you specified, you can select further filter criteria.

  • Add attachments to the material document.
  • Determine forms of output for a material document, such as print output or electronic data interchange (EDI).
  • Reverse a selected material document.
Note
The app supports several movement types for different business processes. The app offers you authorization-dependent movement types. You have different authorizations depending on your business role.

If movement types are missing for your task or you have restricted authorizations for a movement type, contact your administrator.

For more information about authorization management for movement types for using the Material Documents Overview app, see How to Manage Authorizations for Movement Types.

How to Display or Reverse Material Documents

  1. To search for material documents, enter your filter criteria and choose Go. Depending on your filter criteria, the app displays a list of material document items. Note that some columns of the results list may be hidden. In the personalization area, you can specify the columns that the system displays in the results list.
  2. To display the details of a material document, choose the corresponding material document item.
  3. If required, you can reverse the material document.
    Note
You can execute full reversal of all materials or partial reversals of document items in a material document.
