Plant Management Overview (F3020)

Plant Management Overview (F3020)

Description

The Plant Management Overview page shows you, at a glance, the most important KPIs and activities relevant for you right now. The information is displayed on a set of actionable cards. You can therefore focus on the most important tasks, enabling faster decisions and immediate action. The cards show you the most important information ranked according to relevance. For example, on the Stock Value by Stock Type card, you can see the total value of your material stocks in the header, followed by a donut chart that shows the percentage distribution of stock type based on their values. You can use the global filter to filter the entire Plant Management Overview by plant, for example. Depending on the specified plant, you then see stock values (by special stock type), top defective materials, and so on. For graphical or analytical cards, selecting the card brings you to more detailed analytical information. To use Plant Management Overview, you require the business catalog role SAP_BCR_LO_PLANTMANAGMT_MC to be assigned to your user. Note that this business catalog role is also included in the business role SAP_BR_PLANT_MANAGER.

Note
Make sure to enter default user values in the filter bar for at least the plant to make sure that results are displayed.

Key Features

You can customize the overview page by rearranging cards and by hiding or showing them. You can drag and drop cards to rearrange them. To hide a card, proceed as follows:

  • In the header bar, choose the User icon and choose Manage Cards. Use the switch control to hide or show the relevant card. Choose OK.

  • To reset the view to the default settings, choose Reset in the Manage Cards window.

As mentioned above, you can also apply a filter to the displayed information, which affects all relevant cards. For example, you can filter the content of all cards according to a specific supplier or material group. SAP delivers a filter variant that can be used immediately. It contains some predefined values for the filter bar. You can make your own variant by choosing the Select Variant dropdown arrow. You can also customize the filter by choosing Adapt Filter.
