Raw Material – Basic Compliance Data (F3025)
Using this app, you can easily and consistently change the compliance primary data of your raw materials so that experts on regulation can process the consequences of the changes, such as the assigned markets. For each raw material, there is an initial set of compliance requirements, defined by your company, for which data is required. These compliance requirements are defined in a default purpose. Further compliance requirements are assigned from the unpackaged product, in which the raw material is used, and from additional purposes that you assign to the raw material. Additionally, you are shown the applications and markets of the unpackaged products. You can also use this app to view suppliers and assign further suppliers to the raw material.

Using the key features, you can do the following:
You can assign materials to a raw material and delete existing assignments.
You can select which material name is going to be used, as the preferred name of the raw material.
You can assign compliance purposes to the raw material and delete existing assignments.
You can assign suppliers to the raw material.
You can view production countries, sales countries, and applications of the assigned unpackaged products.
You can view the name, material number, and group of the assigned unpackaged products.
You can add and delete attachments and URLs for the raw material.
Manage Suppliers Compliance – For Raw Materials (F3034)
Using this app, you can access an overview of the suppliers of the raw materials for which you are responsible. You can check if compliance data has been requested, the request that is in process, or if you have received data that you can enter into the system. By default, the list is sorted by the compliance data status in the order of Missing, Requested, None, and then Done, so that you can prioritize your work. You can also search for and filter supplier materials, as well as create custom filter variants.

Marketability Assessment – Supplier Raw Material (F3346)
Using this app, you can assess the compliance of a raw material or product with the logistics role, Purchased, that a supplier delivers, and set the marketability status. The marketability status of the supplier raw material affects the overall marketability status of the raw material or product with the logistics role, Purchased. In calculating the marketability status of this raw material or product, the worst-case marketability status of all assigned supplier raw materials is used. If this raw material or product is part of a material-based composition, the marketability status of the product or raw material with the logistics role, Purchased, that comprises the composition is also affected.
When compliance requirements are assigned to an unpackaged product or raw material using a compliance purpose, the system determines the compliance pattern of each marketability assessment in the following status: In Progress. The system then verifies whether the compliance pattern-specific conditions are met to release the marketability assessment. If these conditions are met, the marketability assessment is released automatically.

Marketability Assessment (F2928)
With this app, you can carry out a marketability assessment of an unpackaged product or raw material against a marketability requirement based on the Supplier Informationcompliance pattern. Here, the supplier status for the raw material affects the marketability status of the unpackaged product. For products and raw materials with the logistics role Produced, the app displays the assigned raw materials with insufficient marketability status based on the material-based composition. For raw materials and products with the logistics role Purchased, the app displays an overview of all assigned supplier raw materials and their assessments.
When compliance requirements are assigned to an unpackaged product or raw material via a compliance purpose, the system determines the compliance pattern of each marketability assessment in statusIn Progress. The system then verifies whether the compliance pattern-specific conditions are met to release the marketability assessment. If these conditions are met, the marketability assessment is released automatically.
