Manage Sales Orders (F1873)

With the Manage Sales Orders app, you can search for sales orders according to your filter criteria and display them in a list. From the list, you can execute different actions, such as rejecting all items of one or more sales orders. You can also navigate to related apps, for example, to display sales order details, or you can display the process flow.

Key Features

  • Search for sales orders using a free text search.

  • Search for sales orders by entering a value in one or more of the filter fields.

  • Create a variant for the current filter selection and save it for later reference.

    Note

    SAP delivers a standard filter variant.

  • Filter the displayed sales orders by using additional criteria.

  • Hide the filter bar.

  • Sort sales orders.

  • Hide or show columns in the list.

  • Export the list of sales orders to a spreadsheet. The list is exported as displayed, that is, your column setting sand sorting are kept.

  • Create a sales order.

  • Reject all items for up to 25 selected sales orders simultaneously. You must enter a reason for rejection.

  • Set or remove a delivery block for up to 25 selected sales orders on the header level simultaneously.

  • Set or remove a billing block for up to 25 selected sales orders on the header level simultaneously.

  • Choose a row in the list to display or change sales order details.

  • Navigate to the Customer -360° View app.

  • Navigate to the process flow, which provides you with a graphical overview of the chain of connected process steps and corresponding business documents (document flow). For example, you can see the status of a sales order, whether it is relevant for shipping, and if an invoice has been created.

Create Outbound Deliveries from Sales Order (F0869A)

With this app, you can create outbound delivery runs from a list of sales orders. This app also allows you to display logs with information related to your sales orders or deliveries. For example, if errors occur while you are creating deliveries, the system issues a message to the log. Similarly, the system issues a message to the log if you successfully create a delivery.

This app is available for the role shipping specialist.

Key Features

  • Search for sales orders due for delivery using basic filter options. You can also search using additional filter options.

  • Sort your table entries by ascending or descending and then select the filter option you want to sort by.

  • Personalize your table columns.

  • Create outbound deliveries from sales orders.

  • Display a log that provides you with information about the delivery run that you have created.

  • Use the Save as Tile option to create a personalized tile on the launchpad. This tile will display a fixed snapshot of your current selection criteria. For example, if you filter by the date option Today, your personalized tile will only display the number of documents that are relevant for that specific day, as the current date selection is stored as a fixed date.

    Hint

    When saving a tile, include the specific date as the subtitle or description, so that you can easily identify tiles.

Compliance Information for Products (F3226)

With this app, you can view compliance information and dangerous goods data for packaged products for which the Compliance Relevant indicator has been set to Yes in the material master. When you select a product, you can choose to view product marketability information and dangerous goods data for different countries/regions as a world map. The Product Marketability tab consists of two views. For sales representatives, the sales view is displayed and for production planners, the production view. For product managers, the views for both business processes are displayed. For the respective business process, you can create a request for your product steward to assess the product for selected countries/regions.

  • Select a product to view its product marketability information and its dangerous goods data.

  • Check the assessment status for the sale or production of a product in certain countries.

  • Create assessment requests for the sale or production of a product in selected countries.

Manage Basic Compliance Data – Unpackaged Products (F2641)

With this app, you get an overview list of unpackaged products with their compliance data. You can also use this app to create new products. Before you create a product, you can search for existing objects by product name, material name, or material group to avoid duplication.

  • View a list of all unpackaged products with the main compliance information.
  • Search for unpackaged products.
  • Filter these products by material group, composition status, and other criteria.
  • Create a compliance view for a new unpackaged product.

My Unpackaged Dangerous Goods (F3643)

With this app, you can get an overview of unpackaged products in your responsible unit that have to be classified according to dangerous goods regulations. You can view the progress that shows how many regulations are assigned to the product and how many of these regulations are already released.

  • Get an overview of the number of assigned regulations and the progress of the classification.
  • View or edit the classification by selecting a product and navigating to the Classify Unpackaged Dangerous Good app.

Assess Products for Markets (F2612)

With this app, you can monitor and validate market release requests for the unpackaged products that you are responsible for editing the country-specific/region-specific market coverage. Market release requests come from the sales, product management, or production planning department of your company. Combined with the assigned applications, the market release request determines which assigned compliance requirements are relevant for the assessment. The marketability assessment is generally valid for the unpackaged product and its packaged products. You can also enter and edit an individual assessment for a specific packaged product.

Key Features

You can use this app to:

  • Monitor and validate your pending market release requests, which are sorted in order of priority.
  • Change the default filter and search, sort, and filter the list of unpackaged products according to your needs.
  • Assign additional countries/regions to an unpackaged product, and delete these assignments
  • Assign additional countries/regions to a packaged product, and delete these assignments
  • Assess the generally valid markets of unpackaged products (produce in and sell in).
  • Assess an individual market assessment for a specific packaged product.
  • Navigate to the related compliance requirements of one country/region.
