Value contract is a contractual agreement with a customer that contains the materials and services that they may receive within a time period and up to a target value. A value contract can contain certain materials or a group of materials (for example, a product hierarchy or assortment module).
- Quantity Contract:
Value contract is a contractual agreement with a customer that contains the materials and services that they may receive within a time period and up to a target value. A value contract can contain certain materials or a group of materials (for example, a product hierarchy or assortment module).
Quantity and value contract items cannot be processed together in one document.

As an Internal Sales Representative, access the Manage Sales Contract app to create the sales contract.
With the same user, and in the same app, you are able to print a contract form.
When goods or services are supplied, the user can create a sales order with reference to the contract.
Finally, as an Internal Sales Representative, you can access the List Incomplete Sales Contracts app to monitor sales contracts.
