View Source Data

Before importing data from SAP Business Warehouse to SAP Analytics Cloud, you may first want to view the source master data and transaction data. This data can be viewed the SAP Business Warehouse Modeling Perspective in SAP HANA Studio.

SAP Business Warehouse Master Data

In the following example, the Reporting Preview is used to display members and attribute values for the product characteristic.

Using the search, you can view (and change) master data such as the account members and the compound chart of accounts.

Using transaction RSH1, you will be able to view the profit and loss account hierarchy in the SAP GUI.

In the following image, the Reporting Preview is used to display the transaction data in the ADSO. The data includes profit center, account, and posting period.
