Let’s learn how to import data into SAP Marketing Cloud.

You can upload a data file in various formats such as .csv, .xls, .xlsx to your SAP Marketing Cloud system using the Data File Load app.

Note

Note that the SAP Fiori business role Administrator Marketing (SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR_MKT) should be assigned to your user in order to use the app.
