Welcome to the course on administrating the SAP Customer Data Platform. This intermediate-level course is designed to guide SAP administrators through the process of administrative tasks in the SAP Customer Data Platform console. Through clear and concise lessons in a self-paced format, you'll explore essential administrative tasks such as managing console users, configuring business areas, implementing data retention policies and exporting or importing configuration packages. Additionally, you will discover further administrative tasks such as utilizing the ingestion and activation monitoring dashboards. At the end of nearly every lesson, you'll find a process video to walk you through the specific steps, ensuring a practical understanding of each concept. Finally, at the end of each unit, there will be a quiz to test your knowledge, which will help to consolidate your learning. Are you ready? Let's get started with administrating the SAP Customer Data Platform.

In this live session, you will get an introduction to the SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities through explanations and demos.&nbsp; The session covers how to design customer schema, connect, and ingest customer data from various source applications, persist the data in CDP, and activate the customer journey via connected destination applications.&nbsp; You will then learn how to define customer segments and activity indicators and create audiences and customer journeys to personalize the customer experience. Connector Studio and the Ingest/Query APIs will also be covered.

In this live session you will learn about the capabilities of SAP Customer Data Platform Groups and Relationships, and how they apply to cover B2B scenarios for Accounts (customer companies) &nbsp;and B2B Activity Data. The session will also include an end-to-end demo with a straightforward common B2B scenario covering Order Activity for Regions, Accounts, and B2B Customers.Topics will include:
