Reviewing Order Reports

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to review the Order Report.

Order Report

The Order Report allows supervisors to monitor the progress of production orders, and provides them with detailed information about the orders and the production process. It is also a valuable tool for ensuring the traceability of production orders. The Order Report is structured in the sections of the image below and includes the following information:

  • Order-specific data such as the material used, bill of materials (BOM), routing, and planned times.
  • Collected data including actual times, order progress, and completed quantities.
  • Order statuses and associated serial numbers (SFCs/Charges).
