Production, Quality, Asset, and OEE Monitoring
1. Production Perspective
The Production Perspective focuses on production-related data for work centers or production lines.
Overview Page
Provides a high-level summary of the current production status in a selected plant. Key features include:
Overall production status for all work centers or production lines
Work center ID and description
Current orders being processed
Total number of released or partially released orders, including planned, scheduled, and actual dates based on the selected time range
Detail Page
The Detail Page (Dashboard) offers more granular insights, such as:
Release and execution status of orders within the defined time range.
Order Level View, including:
Order Summary
Order Progress
Goods receipt for finished goods
2. Quality Perspective
The Quality Perspective focuses on monitoring production quality, especially yield and scrap data.
Overview Page
Provides an overview of the current order and quality status (yield and scrap) across all work centers or production lines. Key features include:
Quality status of all work centers based on the selected time range
Access to the Detail Page via the View Dashboard in the floor plan view
Detail Page
Offers detailed quality information for a specific work center, including:
Yield and scrap data for the selected order
Information about the processing line, order phases, and resources
3. Asset Perspective
The Asset Perspective provides insights into the health and performance of assets within production lines.
Overview Page
Highlights the status of assets across work centers with key features such as:
Overall asset status within the selected time range
Configured indicators displayed via the Last Indicator Value plugin
Navigation to the Detail Page through the View Dashboard in the floor plan view
