The Career Worksheet allows employees to manage their current and target roles and their associated skills and attributes. The Latest Career Worksheet is a redesigned experience to make it easier for users to explore their career opportunities within the organization and what they need to accomplish to move their career forward.
Latest Career Worksheet Enablement and Permissions
The Latest Career Worksheet begins with the Growth Portfolio, where employees can preview the information about their current role and any target roles they've chosen. In order to upgrade to the Latest Career Worksheet the prerequisites need to be met and permissions granted.
Latest Career Worksheet Prerequisites:
- Career Worksheet v12 enabled in Provisioning
- Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) migration completed and Growth Portfolio enabled from the TIH.
- Opportunity Marketplace enabled in Provisioning.
Note
If the Growth Portfolio or Opportunity Marketplace are not enabled, the Latest Career Worksheet will not be available in the Upgrade Center. Even after the Latest Career Worksheet upgrade is complete, the Legacy Career Worksheet will still be available.
The Growth Portfolio User Permissions also need to be granted in Role-based Permissions.

Team View
Managers can track their team's career development in a summary view, including career aspirations and skill growth.
The Team View summary is available through the Team View button at the top of the Growth Portfolio landing page. The following sections are available with the Summary tab:
- Roles and Aspirations: The job roles employees currently hold and the top three most popular target roles employees have added. Besides role names, managers can view the team's readiness for each role and employees' information.
- Identify Skill Strengths: The top five skills and attributes where employees meet or exceed expectations. Managers can select a skill or attribute and an employee to track their skill development over time. They can also filter skills and attributes by roles, and focus on critical skills and attributes only.
- Recognize Skills to Improve: The top five skills and attributes where employees have gaps compared to expectations. The actions available in this section are the same as those in the Identify Skill Strengths section.
Explore Career Options
From the main Growth Portfolio screen, Explore Career Options can be selected to explore recommended roles and delve into a role's details by choosing the role card. Career Paths and the ability to browse all job roles is also available. Role recommendations are organized into several sections, and each section can recommend up to 16 roles:
- Top Matches: An algorithm is used to suggest roles that best match an employee based on skills and attribute ratings and other factors configured in Manage Suggested Roles; skills and attributes meeting the Growth Portfolio conditions of being associated with a Core or Critical tag, or being marked as a passionate role.
- Next Career Move: The system retrieves the next role of an employee's current role from organizational career paths set by HR managers and administrators.
- Trending Roles: The system recommends roles with job openings from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. If Recruiting isn't enabled, roles with open positions from legacy Succession positions are recommended.
- Roles of People Like You (if Career Explorer is enabled): Role recommendations from the Career Explorer are used.

The Latest Career Worksheet is available from the Upgrade Center if Growth Portfolio has been enabled. In addition to Growth Portfolio, Talent Intelligence Hub and SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace must be enabled to use the Latest Career Worksheet.
