Steps

Create a rule to auto populate the Currency and the Frequency fields when the employee’s pay component in payComponentRecurring is changed.
Assign the rule.

Create a Message rule

Business Case:

Create a rule that will raise an error message on the Home Address screen.

Steps

Create a rule that raises an error message when an address change predates 6 months. The message should state "Address change going back 6 months is not allowed. Please contact HR to have the address data corrected".
Assign the rule.

Create a rule that is triggered on view

Business Case:

Create a rule that hides the Region of Birth field when the employee’s country of birth is United States, but visible when country of birth is Germany.

Steps

Enable the Region of Birth field.
Create a rule that hides the Region of Birth field when viewing Biographical Info of employees whose country of birth is United States, but visible when country of birth is Germany.
Assign the rule.
