In an export document for a sales order, SAP GTS uses either the confirmed delivery date or the date of the first schedule line of the line item as the check date.

If the SAP GTS system cannot determine a license for a product subject to a control regime, it blocks the line item of the import or export document. 

A block due to legal control can only be lifted by assigning a license.

The system automatically rechecks blocked documents at regular intervals.

The manual assignment of licenses to blocked line items is not possible.
