When a new custom reportable field is first published in the site, it does not immediately appear in reporting. The same is true for label changes of reportable custom fields. You must pull the metadata for the new field and/or label change into reporting after the configurations are published.
Prerequisites
You must be a member of the Report Administrator or Analysis Administrator Group.
Steps
On the dashboard, select Manage → Administration.
Select Reporting Manager → Flex Field Reporting.
Select retrieve flexible fields metadata for reporting.
Result
A message confirms the operation is complete. As a result, the new custom field and/or custom field label change now appears in reporting.
Note
Label changes on Standard fields are not reflected in reporting.
