What’s the process for adding a new language to your site?

Log into the Test site and access Administrator → Intelligent Configuration Manager (ICM). Select the Sourcing and Contractstab, and choose Language Settings to add the language to a package.

As Designated Support Contact, raise a ticket with SAP Support and request a new language to be added to your Test site. Language and name of the site should be included in the support ticket. Once the additional language has been validated, support can apply the language in Production.

Log into the Test site, go to Administrator → Customization Manager → Upload Languages, and edit the languages.csv file by adding an entry for the additional language. The same steps are manually performed in Production once the change has been validated.
