Before you can use Global Benefits, several options must be enabled in Provisioning. These are

- EmployeeCentral V2
- Metadata Framework
- Enable Document Generation
- Enable Benefits

Before you can use Global Benefits, several options must be enabled in Provisioning. These are

Customers do not have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact SAP Cloud Support.
Enable Global Benefits in your SAP SuccessFactors Instance.
Open the Provisioning page using the credentials provided to you.
Select the link for the company name listed in your credentials.
Select Company Settings.
Locate the Enable Benefits checkbox and select it.
Select Save Feature.
Enter your Company ID and your credentials.
Select Confirm.
Scroll to the top of the screen and select Save Feature.
To use Global Benefits, specific settings need to be enabled in Provisioning.
Within Company Settings, the checkbox next to Enable Benefits must be selected.
Additional settings that should be activated include Enable Generic Objects, Employee Central V2, Metadata Framework, and Enable Document Generation.
