Before you can use Global Benefits, you must enable a few things in provisioning.
In Provisioning, open Company Settings and select the checkbox next to Enable Benefits. Also, ensure that the following extra settings have been enabled:
Enable Generic Objects
Employee Central V2
Metadata Framework
Note
Customers do not have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact SAP Cloud Support.
