Instructors can perform the following actions:
- View Scheduled Courses: Access a list of courses they are scheduled to teach.
- Course Details: View information about a selected course, including links to associated documents.
- Student Roster: See the list of registered students and print a roster.
- Email Communication: Communicate with students directly via email.
- Roster Printing: Print a standard or globally-customized student roster.
- Completion Recording:
- Manually record course completions (with electronic signature capture if enabled).
- Use QR codes for recording completions.
- Record completions for Ad Hoc events not created as classes.
- Walk-in Students: Add walk-in students who are not registered (if the class is ongoing and free).
- Registration Management: Manage student registrations.
- Course Evaluations: Initiate evaluations before recording course completions and select students for individual evaluations.
- Virtual Learning System (VLS) Management:
- Update and view VLS accounts.
- Launch virtual sessions.
- View time slot details and track attendance.
