Publishing Curricula

You can use the Libraries tab to add curricula to one or more libraries. This makes the curriculum available to the end users. Learners can assign curricula to themselves, and managers can also assign curricula to their team. Once the curriculum is assigned, all the items contained in the will be added to their learning plan.

It is not necessary for a curriculum to be placed in a library. Many companies may not permit their users to self-assign certain curricula. For those cases, curricula can be directly assigned to learners by the administrator.

• Deactivate: this will just change the Active field to disabled and will not affect existing users who have the curriculum currently assigned.
• Deactivate, Unassign and Remove relationships: This feature will identify existing active relationships and then allow the administrator to decide if they want to remove the relationship.
