Adding and Scheduling Central Orientation Meetings

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to add and schedule central orientation meetings

Create a Central Orientation Meeting

Business Example

Onboarding allows an HR department to set up a standardized set of meetings that each new hire must attend. In many organizations, they are usually referred to as the New Hire Orientation meetings. This task is outside an Onboarding program and must be configured separately. To do this, you need to create a central orientation meeting and define a business rule.

The organization would like to create a meeting for all new hires in the San Mateo (US_SFO) office location to meet with team members in the cafeteria. The meeting is only relevant for new hires in this location. In this exercise, you will set up a business rule to carry out this action.
