You can assign a corporate representative for the employer's signature for all required country compliance forms.
To define the responsible signatory for the required form bundles in the Compliance Setting, navigate toCompliance settings → {Select Relevant country and form } → Add Configuration page of the relevant form group.
Note
The Non-Unique External Code picklist configuration should be added for the required job relationships.
The following additional configurations are needed:
- Add the (ONB) Compliance Document Flow Template to the active email template list.
- Configure the Assign Corporate Representative User ID as Employer Signatory in Country Compliance Form rule scenario to select a corporate representative signatory for the country compliance forms and assign the rule via Manage Data → Compliance Configuration.
- Configure the Select Employer Signature for Country Compliance Configuration rule scenario to select an employer signatory for the country compliance forms and assign the rule via Manage Data → Compliance Configuration.
- Add view or edit permissions:
- Compliance Object Permission: Compliance Form Signature
- Compliance Object Permission: ComplianceDocumentFlow
- Onboarding or Offboarding Admin Object Permissions: EmployerSignatureConfig
