Adding Corporate Representative for Employer Signature

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to add corporate representative for the employer's signature for all required country compliance forms

Employer Signature Support

You can assign a corporate representative for the employer's signature for all required country compliance forms.

To define the responsible signatory for the required form bundles in the Compliance Setting, navigate toCompliance settings{Select Relevant country and form }Add Configuration page of the relevant form group.

Note

The Non-Unique External Code picklist configuration should be added for the required job relationships.
Select Corp Representative

The following additional configurations are needed:

  1. Add the (ONB) Compliance Document Flow Template to the active email template list.
  2. Configure the Assign Corporate Representative User ID as Employer Signatory in Country Compliance Form rule scenario to select a corporate representative signatory for the country compliance forms and assign the rule via Manage DataCompliance Configuration.
  3. Configure the Select Employer Signature for Country Compliance Configuration rule scenario to select an employer signatory for the country compliance forms and assign the rule via Manage DataCompliance Configuration.
  4. Add view or edit permissions:
    • Compliance Object Permission: Compliance Form Signature
    • Compliance Object Permission: ComplianceDocumentFlow
    • Onboarding or Offboarding Admin Object Permissions: EmployerSignatureConfig
