SAP SuccessFactors Learning courses can be assigned to new hires to complete as part of the onboarding process. New hires can access the assigned courses before their start date and view the courses they've completed.
New hires can access their assigned courses using the main navigation menu of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite or using the My Learning quick access card from the home page.

New hires can view the courses they’ve completed by navigating to Learning from the module list.
Configuration Requirements
To configure new hire access to Learning, you need to complete the following actions:
- Build an SAP SuccessFactors integration center job that generates a compatible file format required by the SAP SuccessFactors User Connector to integrate a learning management system.
- Modify the connector properties file to add the Onboarding external user status.
- Schedule a Learning job to set up learning assignments for new hires.
