Integrating SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

The new hire's experience can be further simplified using SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone. This is called the Onboarding Guided Experience.

The Onboarding Guided Experience is broken down into the following phases and is configurable:

• Phase 1: Before Your First Day
• Phase 2: Your First Day
• Phase 3: Your First Three Months

The Onboarding Guided Experience provides the new hires a seamless experience with Learning, Goals, Mentoring, Qualtrics, and Vaccination features. In addition, the administrator has a simple interface to configure the most commonly used settings for phases and steps, due dates, and notifications.

There are also SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding home page cards that administrators can add to Work Zone workspaces to enhance the new hire experience. These home page cards include:

• Compliance Forms
• Help Us to Know You Better
• Your Onboarding Guide

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone provides access to content from modules in the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. The content is provided as a content package and can be installed or updated from the Administration Console in Work Zone.

To configure the Onboarding Guided Experience, you need to carry out the following actions:

• Get the license for Work Zone.
• Complete the conversion of SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone from SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite to SAP Cloud Identity Services.
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone.
• Get the license for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Depending on the requirements of an organization for the Onboarding Guided Experience, additional licenses may be required for the following solutions:

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning
• SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals
• SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning and Mentoring
