Email Services for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding keeps track of all the email notifications sent by the system. You can refer to Email Status, which is a part of Email Services to carry out the following actions:
- Check details of sent emails.
- Resend emails to additional recipients.
- Cancel an active email reminder series.
- Check which recipients have unsubscribed from receiving emails.
Steps
Navigate to Email Services using Action Search.
In the Email Services tool, go to the Email Status tab.
Under the Actions column, you can carry out the following actions as needed:
- To view the sent email, choose View Email (the envelope icon).
- To resend a notification to an additional recipient, choose Resend (the backwards icon).
- To review notification details, choose Display Details (the page icon).
- For a given notification, to cancel an active reminder series, choose Cancel Reminder on the notification details pop-up.
- To view the sent email, choose View Email (the envelope icon).
