As an administrator, you have access to several reports on processes, workspace usage, and user group assignments. This way you get an overview of your workspace’s use and configuration. These reports are either available in the Process Manager or the Collaboration Hub.
For all other standard reports please refer to the Unit "Introducing SAP Process Manager"
Governance Report in the Process Manager
In the Process Manager as an admin you have access to the governance report. By clicking on the "Reporting" tab, you can open the governance report. The governance report provides an overview of the user activity in your workspace. It shows aggeragted metrics regarding diagrams, comments, dictionary items, files and overall workspace usage.
In the diagrams section, you can find inormation about the publishing state of diagrams and the types of diagrams that are used in the workspace. By clicking on the tiles a new browser tab opens and displays the results list of an advanced search filter corresponding to the selected usage metric. For example by clicking on the "published in latest revision" tile, a list of all diagrams that are published in the latest version is shown.
On the right side you can view the user activity. The number of page visits represent a single user opening any published object (diagram, file, or Dictionary item) in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub. Every time someone opens one of these items in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, it's counted as a view and displays in the report.
By collapsing the section or scrolling down you get access to further details of your workspace:
- Usage of comment function
- Overview of dictionary items by publishing state and category
Please note: You can include up to 50,000 diagrams. Depending on the number of diagrams, report generation can take up to an hour, and you need to keep the browser tab that started the generation open.
User/Group Assignment Report
Administrators in SAP Process Manager can access the "User/Group Assignment" report for an overview of users and their assigned groups. This report, available under "Reporting," can be downloaded as an Excel file.

It generates a list of users and their group memberships within your workspace, based on the users and groups defined in User Management. For each user, the report details all user groups they belong to as a direct member. If a user is part of a group that is nested within another group listed in the report, they are shown as an indirect member.

The user/group assignment report is also available in the SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub under Reports.

Dashboard via Report in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub
Process Model Dashboards enable SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub administrators to analyze workspace and process model usage. The dashboards include predefined widgets that cannot be modified or removed. However, you can apply filters, export data as CSV files, and share dashboards with all users. These reports are based on Process Intelligence, and no additional setup is required.
In the Collaboration Hub under "Report," two dashboards are available: the "Process Model Dashboard" and the "Usage Management Dashboard." The "Process Model Dashboard" offers a detailed analysis of your process model usage, similar to the governance report in SAP Process Manager. It provides an overview of published models, most viewed models, and models with open comments. Filters can be applied at the top of the report, allowing you to customize the date range, and filter by folders, models, creators, and custom attributes. Once the report is tailored to your needs, you can grant all users in the workspace access to the report, regardless of their access rights, by clicking the lock icon in the top right corner. Additionally, you can export the widgets as CSV files.
The "Usage Management Dashboard" tracks the number of assigned licenses and unique visitors over time. Similar to the Process Model Dashboard, you can filter by date, folder, models, creators, and custom attributes, and share the report with all users in the workspace.
