Contracts managers are responsible for providing approvals, denials, or changes while overseeing the contract process.
Legal representatives are responsible for approving or denying contract terms and conducting negotiations with the suppliers. They are in charge of the drafting of contract documents from a legal standpoint.
Representatives on the supplier side can also be involved in the contract workspace management process during the negotiations and review steps.
Stakeholders' visibility and capabilities in a contract workspace are determined by the system permissions that were assigned to them and the project group they belong to. Contract owners can restrict visibility even further by using the Access Control feature available in the contract workspace.
