Trading partner enablement is a process conducted by buyers with the aim to connect with their trading partners via SAP Business Network. To do so, buyers can use different types of enablement methodologies, which are explained further within this training.
For the SAP Business Network Supplier Portal deployment, the term "trading partners" refers to suppliers – such as, but not reduced to: contract manufacturing, logistics providers, raw materials suppliers, component suppliers, subassembly manufacturing, distribution centers, services providers, indirect good sellers.
