The Discovering the Enterprise Architect course provides SAP professionals with a comprehensive introduction to the role of an Enterprise Architect (EA) within the SAP ecosystem. It covers the essential fundamentals for success, focusing on the core aspects of enterprise architecture. Participants will explore key EA responsibilities and gain insight into foundational concepts, including critical artefacts, guiding principles, and reference architecture.

This series of live sessions will enable you to apply the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework along a full architecture development cycle:

<li>Kick-Off, Blended Learning Approach, Course of Events, Tips &amp; Tricks, Q&amp;A (~3 hours)</li>
<li>Session 1: Case Study Introduction, Stakeholder Interviews, Requirements Gathering and Prioritization, Risk Assessment (~4 hours)</li>
<li>Session 2: Business strategy map, capability assessment (~ 3 hours)</li>
<li>Session 3: Solution context &amp; concept, business model canvas, organizational map, business roles, business capabilities, business processes (~ 4 hours)</li>
<li>Session 4: Application &amp; Data Architecture Modeling, Technology Architecture Modeling (~3 hours)</li>
<li>Session 5: Business Outcome Roadmap, Application Roadmap (~3 hours)</li>
</ul>
The sessions will be based on a case study and build on top of each other. The focus will be on practical examples, so to fully benefit from this offering, you need to come prepared and committed.
