SAP Service and Asset Manager

SAP Service and Asset Manager is a mobile application which can be used with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP and is supported for iOS and Android.

SAP Service and Asset Manager - Features

SAP Service and Asset Manager covers standard features such as Assets (Technical Objects), Measuring Points and Readings, Work Orders & Operations and Work Assignment, Notifications as well as Spare Parts.

Special features contain the Clock In - Clock Out (CICO - allows decoupling of time tracking from the mobile status of a work order or operation, allowing multiple users to start and log time against the same work order or operation simultaneously) as well as support for the Phase Model and the Inspection Checklists.

SAP Maintenance Assistant

SAP Maintenance Assistant is a mobile solution that enables a maintenance technician to perform daily tasks related to asset management. It is used in combination with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

The mobile application is used to do everything from completing service calls and sales orders, to executing checklists, to viewing current inventory, to providing quotations for sales and service, to effort and expense management, to time and schedule management, and beyond.
